Cele mai multe femei insarcinate vor simti unele modificari la nivelul sanilor. - perfect, fara a irita mameloanele; incearca sutiene speciale pentru femeile insarcinate, care ofera mai mult sprijin si pot fi folosite si dupa sarcina, daca te decizi sa alaptezi
- pentru a usura disconfortul si pentru un sprijin cat mai bun, incearca sa porti sutien atat in timpul zilei cat si noaptea
- pune o batista de bumbac sau de tifon in fiecare cupa a sutienului pentru a absorbi scurgerile de lichide - poti sa folosesti si tmpoane speciale, pe care le poti cumpara din farmacii; schimba aceste tampoane cat mai des pentru a preveni iritarea pielii
- curata sanii doar cu apa calda, nu folosi sapun sau alte produse, deoarece acestea pot cauza uscarea pielii.
Greata si varsaturi
Un stomac deranjat este unul dintre cele mai frecvente disconforturi din timpul sarcinii. Greata este un rezultat al schimbarilor hormonale si cel mai frecvent apare la inceputul sarcinii, pana cand corpul tau se adapteaza la cresterea productiei de hormoni.
Senzatia de greata poate aparea la inceputul sarcinii, dar de obicei trece pana in luna a patra. Ea poate aparea in orice moment al zilei, dar senzatia este mai grava dimineata cand stomacul este gol (acest fenomen este numit "raul de dimineata"), sau daca nu ai mancat suficient.
Metode de combatere a greturilor in timpul sarcinii:
- daca greata este o problema dimineata, incearca sa mananci alimente uscate precum cereale, paine prajita sau biscuiti inainte de a te ridica din pat - sau, incearca sa mananci o gustare cu continut ridicat de proteine, cum ar fi carnea slaba sau branza inainte de a merge la culcare (proteinele sunt mai greu de digerat)
- mananca mese mici sau snacks-uri la fiecare 2-3 ore, mai degraba decat trei mese mari pe zi; mananca incet si mesteca mancarea complet
- bea lichide pe parcursul intregii zile si evita cantitati mari de lichide dintr-o data; incearca sa racesti sucuri de fructe bogate in vitamine, cum ar fi sucul de mere sau de struguri
- evita mancarurile picante, prajite, sau alimentele grase.
- daca te deranjeaza mirosurile puternice, mananca alimente reci sau la temperatura camerei pentru a evita mirosurile care te deranjeaza
- discuta cu medicul despre vitamina B6 sau alte tratamente.
- contacteaza imediat medicul, daca varsaturile sunt constante sau atat de grave incat nu poti retine lichide sau alimente -acest lucru poate determina deshidratarea si ar trebui sa fie tratate imediat.
Urinarea frecventa
In timpul primului trimestru al sarcinii, uterul in continua crestere si copilul apasa pe vezica urinara, ceea ce determina nevoia de a urina foarte des. Acest lucru se va intampla din nou in al treilea trimestru de sarcina, atunci cand capul copilului aluneca in pelvis inainte de nastere.

- evita lenjeria, pantalonii sau chilotii stransi pe corp
