
Un singur morcov mare contine necesarul zilnic de vitamina A al unui adult. Cu cat este mai inchis la culoare, cu atat mai multa vitamina A contine. Napii in schimb, contin multa vitamina C.
Ingrediente
(4 portii)
1 nap de marime medie, cojit si taiat cubulete
3 morcovi de marime medie, cojiti si taiati cubulete
½ cana mazare congelata
Mod de preparare
Napii si morcovii se pun intr-un steamer si se gatesc timp de 15 minute.
Se pot fierbe si in apa, timp de 15 minute dupa care se adauga mazarea si se mai fierb impreuna inca 5 minute.
Puneti apoi legumele intr-un blender impreuna cu putina apa in care au fiert (in functie de consistenta dorita) si pasati pana compozitia devine cremoasa.
