Fructele de coacaze crude la copii, la fel ca si sucul, stimuleaza formarea tesuturilor, a oaselor mai ales.

o cana coacaze
o banana mica, feliata
1 mar mic, cojit, si taiat cubulete

Mod de preparare
Puneti toate fructele intr-o tigaie si gatiti-le cu capac, la foc mic, timp de 5 minute, pana devin moi.
Luati capacul si continuati sa gatiti pentru inca 5 minute sau pana cand sucul s-a evaporat.

incepand de la varsta de 7-9 luni
