
Ciresele sunt un delicios fruct al verii, prin urmare introdu-le in alimentatia bebelusului tau, cu siguranta ca va accepta noul gust. Ele contin vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina K, sunt surse importante de acid folic, potasiu, fosfor, magneziu, calciu, sodiu si fier.
Ingrediente
(1 portie)
6 cirese fara samburi, taiate in doua
1 lingura apa
1 banana
1 lingura cereale de orez

Mod de preparare
Fierbeti ciresele in apa timp de 2 minute.
Zdrobiti banana si adaugati-o peste cirese pentru un minut.
Mizati compozitia rezultata si adaugati-o in orezul bebelusului.
