
Dovleceii galbeni reprezinta o sursa importanta de beta-caroten in timp ce in cazul celor verzi, beta-carotenul se gaseste numai in coaja.
Ingrediente
(3 portii)
½ cana ceapa taiata marunt
1 lingura unt nesarat
1 dovlecel mic, curatat si taiat fasii
2 cartofi mici, cojiti si taiati cubulete
½ cana supa de legume sau de pui
¼ cana mazare congelata
Mod de preparare
Sotati ceapa in unt aproximativ 3 minute pana se inmoaie.
Adaugati dovlecelul si sotati inca un minut.
Adaugati apoi cartofii si supa, acoperiti vasul si fierbeti timp de 12 minute.
Mazarea o adaugati ultima si aduceti iar compozitia la fierbere, dupa care reduceti flacara si lasati inca 3 minute.
Se paseaza pana se obtine un piure.
