Provide GMs with better, updated tools to allow them to perform their job Cheap Maplestory Mesos better. To offset auto-CC, create it so they are in a position to enter maps COMPLETELY unnoticed, not just invisible (many auto-CC can browse the variable that counts the number of players on a map so invisibility does not operate on these). Allow them tolocate anyone, regardless of online or offline mode. Or better yet, REMOVE OFFLINE MODE ENTIRELY so people can't hide behind them.
Change the rules for players who are banned from the old system to something which will work in the modern version of the game. Hackers do not care about rankings, they never have. If a participant is prohibited, they shouldn't be eliminated from the ranks - performing this makes it simpler for them to go undetected from everybody. Instead, the next opportunity principle should be such: initial ban is elimination from rankings until the character is allowed to be tucked again (3 day, 7 day, X afternoon ban = off rankings for the length of the ban, is placed back on the positions after unbanned), and after two bans, it's a permanent removal from the game. For players who've already been banned double for hacking, their accounts may be prohibited permanently to ensure they do not benefit from this rule change. If they've hacked twice before, 9.9 times out of 10, they're hacking again anyways.
The previous point is a bit more wishful than others, however, the issue still stands - they're getting away with everything since the rules have been much too lenient and the recent ways of banning players are so outdated (whispering people???) That something needs to change. The reason why it was so prominent was because they were the very first players to strike 250. If someone else struck 250 after that, then yeah, I might understand where you are coming from, but this was a critical point from the server's development, and that's something which I would assume people would know about. Especially people who are assumed to know enough about our host to run it.
It is not an issue of 'they did not understand Kraane and Daxi so they do not know anything about the server', but I have an problem with GMs care of servers without having ever taken just one glance at the ranks to see precisely what's happening. This is easily accessible knowledge and that's what I wished to say. It was only that conversation which Maplestory2 Mesos sparked the recognition, it was not the only thing that caused me to realize that they didn't reveal much knowledge of this game.
