Suntem o asociatie non-profit , non guvernamentala , neconditionata politic sau religios , infiintata in anul 2003 , la initiativa unui grup de parinti.Activitatile asociatiei sunt bazate pe voluntariatul parintilor si este structurata pe urmatoarele comisii : educatie ,sociala ,buget si strangere de fonduri , administrativa , informare-comunicare ,cultural sportiva.

In anul acesta 2007 s-a format pe langa ele doua grupe de copii C.E.S prima grupa de copii autisti din Calarasi unde se va lucra pe baza de terapii ocupationale si comportamnetale.In acelasi timp tot in acest an pe data de 1 octomprie se va deschide noul cabinet de psihopedagogie si consiliere de care vor beneficia toti copii asociatiei.
