Va spun cu cea mai mare placere. Denumirea pastilelor este Super slim, sunt din plante , se ia o singura pastila pe zi dimineata pana in ora 8-9, inainte sau dupa micul dejun. Sunt mai multe feluri de pastile pe piata, dar originalele sunt alb cu verde.

Eu fac cura cu ceva Green Coffee Plus, dar nu pot sa zic ca am slabit extraordinar de mult si le iau de aproape 2 saptamani. Bine macar ca nu mi-a produs vreun efect advers:). Astept acum macar sa slabesc jumate din cat scrie pe site si tot ar fi ok!

Daca in paralel cu pilule se merge si la sala si se tine si dieta ceva rezultate apar. Bine si aici depinde de metabolismul fiecarui om.

Denumirea unei pastile de slabit trebuie sa includa cuvantul slim si cuvinte pompoase gen: mega, extra, super.....

Daca nu facem si sport si daca nu tinem dieta le luam degeaba.

Un NU hotarat pastilelor de slabit! se poate slabi sanatos, cu regim recomandat de nutritionist, am slabit 12 kg in 7 luni si ma mentin. Pastilele au o gramada de efecte secundare, multe din ele pe parte psihica.In plus, efectele, chiar daca ele exista nu sunt pe termen lung.

Pe langa slabitul cu pastile se poate urma si o dieta cu produse si alimente care sa nu contina carbohidrati si sa nu aiba calorii atat de multe.
