Sangerarea in timpul sarcinii este destul de obisnuita. Daca esti inca la inceputul sarcinii si observi unele sangerari vaginale, este posibil sa crezi ca esti pe ciclu. Acest sange nu reprezinta ciclul menstrual ci se datoreaza de fapt, unor alte cauze.
Unele femei vor observa sangerari slabe aproximativ 10 pana la 14 zile dupa fecundare. Aceasta se numeste sangerare de implantare si este cauzata de ovulul ce se implanteaza in uterul tau. Pe masura ce oul isi gaseste locul in uterul tau, acesta poate perturba doar un pic structura, cauzand sangerari usoare. Aceste sangerari ar trebui sa dureze doar cateva zile si sa fie destul slabe. Sangerarea de implantare nu ar trebui sa te ingrijoreze dar daca aceasta devine mai accentuata in orice moment sau continua mai mult de cateva zile, consulta un medic.
In timpul sarcinii timpurii, colul uterin se modifica. Corpul tau va oferi un flux de sange crescut la colul uterin si uneori acest lucru poate duce la hemoragii usoare. Daca cervixul este usor inflamat in timpul actului sexual sau al unui examen pelvin, pot aparea pete sau se pot produce hemoragii. Din nou, acest lucru este normal si nu inseamna neaparat ca bebelusul este in pericol.
Daca sangerarea este anormal de accentuata sau persista mai mult de cateva zile, viziteaza-ti medicul pentru a determina cauza!
Sangerarea in primul trimestru de sarcina poate fi uneori un semnal ca exista o problema cu bebelusul. 15-20% din sarcini se incheie cu pierderea acesteia. Avortul spontan cel mai frecvent apare in primele 12 saptamani de sarcina. Sangerarile sau petele ar putea fi simptome ale unui avort spontan, mai ales daca acestea sunt asociate cu crampe, febra sau frisoane. Uneori sangerarea in timpul sarcinii poate semnala o problema mai serioasa cu bebelusul tau. De exemplu sarcinile ectopice apar la 1 din fiecare 60 de sarcini si poate pune in pericol atat viata mamei cat si a copilului. In cazul sarcinilor extrauterine pot sa apara si hemoragii interne grave, deci, daca prezinti sangerari accentuate mergi la spital!

Sangerarile pot sa apara, de asemenea, in timpul celui de-al doilea trimestru si al treilea trimestru.

Infectiile si unele boli cu transmitere sexuala poate inflama colul uterin care cauzeaza pete sau sangerare usoara. Medicul poate efectua un examen simplu pentru a determina cauza unei infectii.
Daca te confrunti cu sangerarea in timpul etapelor ulterioare ale sarcinii, nu iti fa griji si incearca sa ramai calma. Este important sa consulti medicul pentru a afla la timp despre orice fel de probleme! Cele mai multe sangerari pot fi rezolvate fara nici un pericol pentru tine sau copilul tau.
