Trebuie sa faceti unele analize, in urma carora sa aflati daca posedati anticorpi impotriva hepatitei B.
Puteti incepe cursurile pentru pregatirea nasterii.
Odihniti-va mult, un somn bun este de prima importanta!
Ingrijiti-va corpul! Hidratati-l cu creme si multa apa. O buna hidratare este esentiala pentru elasticitatea pielii si previne vergeturile neplacute.
