Orice gravida poate observa ca sarcina, datorita modificarilor hormonale din aceasta perioada, aduce cu ea si modificari ale pielii care tin de coloratie, elasticitate si aspect.
Este bine sa folosesc o crema care sa estompeze petele de culoare inchisa de pe pielea mea?

Pot preveni vergeturile?
Nu chiar. Dar poti sa le mentii la un nivel minim prin controlarea greutatii tale si aplicarea unui hidratant bogat care sa contina unt de cacao pentru a ajuta pielea sa se mentina supla. Daca, dupa nastere, vergeturile se vad prin bikini-ul visurilor tale, mai exista speranta.
Cremele cu Retin-A sau Renova au fost descoperite pentru a minimiza aparitia unelor vergeturi sau un dermatologist le poate scoate prin procedura cu laser. Fa-o intr-un mod corect, deoarece tratamentul este mai eficient cand vergeturile sunt inca noi. Cu timpul poti ascunde vergeturile cu auto-bronzant, deoarece acestea sunt mai vizibile pe pielea palida.
