Treizeci de minute de exercitii moderate pe zi sunt recomandate  in timpul sarcinii, dar exista unele limite de siguranta pe care trebuie sa le urmezi atunci cand vrei sa te mentii in forma in perioada de sarcina, nu mai vorbim de unele activitati care ar trebui evitate in totalitate.

Sa subliniem ce NU este recomandat sa faci:


Sa eviti miscarea si exercitiile fizice in timpul sarcinii daca suferi de:

sarcina
- Afectiuni cardiace sau pulmonare;

- Ai probleme cervicale sau de circulatie;

- Probleme cu placenta;

- Membrane rupte;

- Preeclampsie;

- Multiple alte conditii care te expun riscului de a intra in travaliu prematur.

Este total interzis in timpul sarcinii:


- Sa faci exercitii pana la epuizare in timpul sarcinii sau cele care ar putea provoca sangerari;

- Sa faci exercitii intinsa pe spate in timpul trimestrelor al doilea si al treilea;

- Sa iti provoci cresterea temperaturii corporale prea mult. Bea multa apa, poarta haine largi pe corp si evita sa lucrezi in camere cu caldura ridicata, de exemplu, sari peste exercitiile de yoga;

- Sa ai activitati care maresc riscul de a te lovi sau de a avea dureri abdominale (cum ar fi baschet, fotbal, patinaj, gimnastica, calarie sau tenis);

- Sa faci scufundari, nu este o activitate sigura in nicio perioada de sarcina.

Apeleaza la doctor daca prezinti urmatoarele simptome in timpul sarcinii:

-Slabiciune musculara;
-Sangerare vaginala;
-Durere sau umflare a gambei;
-Ameteala;
-Dureri de cap;
-Supraincalzire;
-Dureri in zona osului pubian;
-Respiratie grea;
-Crampe;
-Dureri in zona pieptului;
-Greata severa;
-Scurgeri de lichid amniotic

Sanatatea ta si a copilului tau este cea mai importanta in timpul sarcinii, astfel nu ezita sa iti iei toate metodele de precautie care sunt necesare. Informeaza-te despre exercitiile fizice nerecomandate care sunt daunatoare in timpul sarcinii.
