Esti curioasa legat de "limitele normale", cand e vorba de luarea in greutate, pe perioada sarcinii? Afla cand si cat de mult vei lua in greutate, si ce trebuie sa ai in vedere, daca manifesti deja deficit sau exces de greutate.
Daca te-ai intrebat cat vei cantari in timpul sarcinii sau cat de multe kilograme vei pierde imediat dupa nastere, raspunsul il gasesti mai jos.
Corpul tau sufera schimbari dramatice, in timpul sarcinii. Organele se modifica, bebelusul se dezvolta si greutatea se acumuleaza. In ziua de azi, majoritatea doctorilor sunt de parere ca o crestere in greutate normala, ar trebui sa fie cuprinsa intre 11 si 16 kg, in functie de marimea corpului tau si de greutatea de dinaintea sarcinii.
Recomandari pentru luarea in greutate, in timpul sarcinii
Greutatea pe care o poti acumula in timpul sarcinii, depinde de greutatea pe care ai avut-o inainte de sarcina. Referintele pentru greutatea din timpul sarcinii, la recomandarea doctorilor, sunt urmatoarele:
- daca inainte de sarcina ai fost subponderala: 13-18 kg
- daca inainte de sarcina ai avut o greutate normala: 11-16 kg
- daca inainte de sarcina ai fost supraponderala: 7-11 kg
Cum si in ce cantitati se depun aceste kilograme?
● fat: aproximativ 3,5 kg
● grasimi, proteine si alte substante nutritive: 3,3 kg
● volumul sangelui in plus: 1,9 kg
● volumul lichidelor in plus: 1,9 kg
● uterul: 0,9 kg
● lichidul amniotic: 0,9 kg
● marirea sanilor: 0,9 kg
● placenta: 0,7 kg
Total: cca. 14 kg
Cronologia acumularii de greutate, pe perioada sarcinii
Te intrebi cum ar trebui sa iei in greutate, din punct de vedere cronologic? Asociatia Gravidelor din America (A.P.A.) sugereaza urmatorii indici, pentru luarea in greutate:
1. Daca inainte de sarcina ai avut o greutate normala:
- 1,4 kg pana la 2,3 kg, in primul trimestru de sarcina;
- aproximativ 0,5 kg pana la 0,9 kg pe saptamana, in al doilea si al treilea trimestru de sarcina.
2. Daca inainte de sarcina ai fost subponderala:
- 2,3 kg pana la 2,6 kg sau mai mult, in primul trimestru de sarcina (depinde de cat recomanda nutritionistul);
- aproximativ 0,5 kg pana la 0,9 kg pe saptamana, in al doilea si al treilea trimestru al sarcinii.
3. Daca inainte de sarcina ai fost supraponderala:
- aproximativ 0,5 kg pana la 0,9 kg, in primul trimestru de sarcina;
- aproximativ 0,5 kg pe saptamana, in ultimele 6 luni de sarcina.

Ce trebuie sa faci cand apar problemele de greutatate?
Ai probleme privind cresterea in greutate? Daca a lua in greutate este o problema pentru tine, doctorul te poate ajuta in cultivarea anumitor obiceiuri culinare, pentru a indeparta orice grija legata de sanatatea ta si a copilului.
Un lucru ce trebuie vizat, este atingerea unui nivel mediu de 1800-2600 de calorii, in fiecare zi, in functie de greutatea anterioara sarcinii. In sarcina, ratia calorica trebuie marita in medie, cu 100-150 calorii pe zi, in primul trimestru si 250-300 calorii pe zi, in al treilea trimestru. Iti sugeram cateva gustari, pentru a realiza acest lucru in mod placut:
- trei lingurite de ulei de masline, adaugat painii sau unor legume
- un glob de inghetata
- un sandvici cu unt de arahide
- o farfurie mare, cu cereale si lapte degresat
- trei pumni de alune
- o tableta de ciocolata neagra
- o portie de tarte cu fructe
- inlocuiti trei pahare de apa, cu trei pahare de suc natural
- trei felii de branza
- o felie de placinta cu carne si legume
- o cana de fasole cu chili
- 225 gr. de ciocolata cu lapte
- un avocado.
Un alt sfat bun este sa incerci sa mananci cate ceva, la 3 ore, pentru a mentine energia ridicata.
Daca incepi sarcina ca fiind o femeie supraponderala, va trebui sa discuti cu doctorul, despre cel mai bun mod de a preintampina acumularea de greutate in exces, tinand cont de nevoile copilului. Recomandarea este, ca femeile insarcinate supraponderale, sa ia in greutate intre 7 si 11 kg, insa medicul este cel care poate stabili niste limite, in functie de fiecare femeie. Femeile supraponderale, care se incadreaza intre aceste specificatii, au cea mai mare sansa sa aduca pe lume copii cu o greutate normala si sa reduca riscul de a naste prin operatia de cezariana. Cheia pentru acest lucru este a lua progresiv in greutate: femeile supraponderale sa acumuleze pana la 1,3 kg, in primul trimestru de sarcina, ca mai apoi, sa ia in greutate intre 200 si 350 grame, pe saptamana, incepand cu luna a douasprezecea a sarcinii.

Discuta cu medicul despre care ar fi cea mai potrivita greutate pentru sarcina ta, in mod special, fiindca ca oamenii sunt diferiti.
