Deshidratarea este frecventa la sugari si la copiii mici, deoarece acestia sunt mai sensibili la pierderea de lichide decat adultii. Dar ea poate deveni o problema grava daca nu este observata si tratata rapid.
Semnele deshidratarii la bebelusi
Daca bebelusul este deshidratat, inseamna ca el pierde prea mult lichid sau nu a consumat destul.
Oricare dintre aceste indicii poate semnala ca este deshidratat:
- pielea sau buzele uscate
- fontanela scufundata (locul moale de pe partea de sus a capului bebelusului tau)
- mai putine scutece ude decat de obicei
- ochii infundati
- plans fara lacrimi
- urina de culoare galben inchis
- letargie si somnolenta
- respiratie rapida
- maini si picioare reci si cu aspect patat.

Ce il face pe copilul meu sa fie deshidratat?
Exista mai multe motive pentru care bebelusul tau poate fi deshidratat:
Febra. Febra este una dintre cele mai frecvente cauze ale deshidratarii. Cand bebelusul are febra, el transpira, iar apa de pe pielea lui se evapora pentru ca trupul lui incearca sa se raceasca. Cum pot trata deshidratarea?
