Cand vine vorba despre cum sa imbraci bebelusul, mamele se confrunta cu mai multe probleme. In primul rand se gandesc ca procedeul de imbracare al copilului sa fie unul corect, sa nu cauzeze vreo leziune bebelusului, iar mai apoi, daca hainutele cu care l-a imbracat sunt corespunzatoare vremii si suficiente. Intotdeauna se vor gandi daca nu cumva nu le este prea cald bebelusilor sau daca nu le este frig.
Imbracarea bebelusilor poate fi dificila atat pentru mamici, mai ales cele foarte tinere sau cele aflate la primul copil, cat si pentru bebelus. Facand acest lucru zi de zi si exersand, cu timpul, va deveni mult mai usor si mai placut, imbracatul bebelusului va deveni o joaca si un mod de distractie.
Trebuie sa recunosc si eu ca am intampinat de multe ori dificultati in a-mi imbraca fetita si de fiecare data eram stresata sa nu o lovesc, sa nu o tin gresit si sa pateasca ceva, ea fiind micuta si fragila, ca de altfel toti bebelusii. Stim foarte bine ca bebelusii nu stau asa cum ii pui sau cel putin asa cum am vrea noi sa stea, ca sa-i putem imbraca, de aceea trebuie gasite diferite modalitati de a le atrage atentia, in asa fel incat sa-i poti imbraca cu o mai mare usurinta.
Cand sunt foarte micuti, trebuie avut in vedere faptul ca ei nu-si pot tine capusorul si nu au stabilitate, de aceea, cel mai usor mod de a face acest lucru ar fi ca el sa se desfasoare pe o masuta de schimbat, aceasta fiind la un nivel mai inalt decat patul, facilitand procedeul de imbracare. Inainte de a pune bebelusul pe masuta de schimbat, trebuie mai intai sa-i cautam hainutele cu care vrem sa-l schimbam, pentru a nu lasa bebelusul nesupravegheat si mai ales la o asa inaltime.
Hainutele bebelusului
Hainutele trebuie sa le alegem cu mare grija si trebuie sa fim atenti la materialul din care sunt facute. Hainutele trebuie sa fie de calitate si dintr-un material bun, mai ales cele care vin direct pe pielea bebelusilor, bluzitele de corp si body-urile, pentru a evita diversele alergii la care pot fi expusi datorita lipsei de calitate a materialelor din care sunt facute hainutele lor.
Chiar daca sunt putin mai scumpe, cu siguranta sanatatea bebelusului nostru si confortul lui valoreaza mai mult decat orice, iar acest lucru ar trebui sa ne faca mult mai atenti la ceea ce cumparam pentru copiii nostri.
Dupa ce ne-am hotarat cu ce vrem sa imbracam bebelusul, nu ne mai ramane decat sa trecem la treaba, bebelusul este pe masuta de schimbat si asteapta sa fie imbracat. Indiferent de anotimp, este bine ca bebe sa poarte un body, acesta ajutandu-l sa nu ramana cu spatele gol sau cu burtica goala atunci cand se mai intoarce in patut sau cand este luat in brate si il ajuta si la sustinerea pampersului.
Cu o mana sustinem capusorul, iar cu cealalta incercam sa tragem peste cap body-ul,care in prealabil a fost putin largit, pentru a nu strange capusorul bebelusului. Dupa aceasta operatiune, asezam bebelusul pe spate si-l imbracam cu grija si atentie.
Dupa ce aceste doua lucruri au fost facute, incheiem capsele body-ului pentru a finaliza procedeul de imbracare. In functie de temperatura din camera sau daca vrem sa-l scoatem la plimbare, in functie de cea de afara, decidem daca il lasam asa sau daca mai trebuie sa-i mai dam ceva pe el. Si cu celelalte hainute se procedeaza la fel.

Cu ce-l imbraci?
Cand este mai rece afara, copilul nu trebuie imbracat cu prea multe haine, trebuie sa aiba si posibilitatea de a se misca, pentru ca lipsa acestui lucru ii creeaza disconfort si o stare de agitatie si nervozitate.
Daca micutul da semne de agitatie si neliniste, atunci foarte usor se poate renunta la una-doua bluzite. Manutele, capusorul si picioarele trebuiesc acoperite, deoarece acestea sunt zonele pe unde se pierde cel mai repede caldura corpului si de asemenea sunt si cele mai sensibile. In sezonul rece se poate folosi o caciulita subtire de bumbac, peste care se pune o caciula mai groasa, eventual din material tricotat.
In sezonul cald, bebelusii se imbraca cat mai lejer, capul sa fie acoperit cu un baticut, palarioara, sapca, pentru a-l proteja de razele puternice ale soarelui.
Daca se face mai cald decat am preconizat ca va fi, este mai usor sa mai dam din hainute jos si este bine sa mai avem la indemana cate ceva daca vremea se raceste intre timp.
