Diversificarea este trecerea de la laptele matern la mancarea solida in alimentatia bebelusului. Schema de diversificare potrivita pentru cel mic trebuie astfel sa il pregateasca pentru diferitele gusturi si texturi ale mancarurilor. Unii copii accepta noi tipuri de mancaruri fara nicio problema, pe cand altii sunt mai reticenti si mofturosi.

Sucul de fructe Primul aliment recomandat in diversificarea alimentatiei sugarului se recomanda a fi sucul de fructe. Pentru ca cel mic a fost obisnuit inca de la nastere cu gustul laptelui, schimbare are trebui sa fie usoara, iar in acest caz este recomandat sucul de mar sau in lipsa acestuia sucul de piersica. Modul de administrare a sucului in diversificare trebuie sa fie de 2-3 lingurite pe zi, fara pulpa sau coaja insa. Peste cateva zile dupa ce observi ca cel mic s-a obisnuit poti sa adaugi treptat si putin din pulpa fructului. Daca sucul de mar a fost acceptat de catre cel mic acum este randul introducerii celui de-al doilea fruct, care se recomanda a fi piersica sau nectarina. Pe masura ce bebe se acomodeaza cu gustul poti combina cele 2 fructe. De mentionat insa ca banana trebuie introduse in alimentatia bebelusilor doar dupa luna a 8-a existand riscul ca aceasta sa ii provoace alergii.

Supa de legume Dupa ce sucul de fructe a fost introdus in diversificare este randul supei de legume. Aceasta trebuie sa contina la inceput legume precum: morcov, telina, patrunjel, pastarnac Peste cateva zile dupa ce bebelusul s-a obisnuit cu gustul poti adauga dovlecel, ceapa ( coapta inainte si care e scoasa din supa inainte de servire), ardei gras si cartof. O alta reteta de supa adecvata in diversificare este cea compusa din rosii, legume pasate si apoi stropita cu putina lamaie.

Pireuri Pe la 6 luni jumatate bebelusului poate incepe sa manance pireuri. Acesta ar trebui sa inceapa cu un pireu de cartofi in care poate fi adaugat lapte (formula sau de la san) si in niciun caz zeama de la cartofi. Pireul poate completa supa de la pranz sau o poate inlocui. In plus poti adauga la pireul de cartofi si morcovi. |

Cerealele pentru bebelusi
Cerealele pentru bebelusi se gasesc in multiple forme, grisul fiind contraindicat pentru bebelusi tocmai pentru ca contine gluten. Multi bebelusi isi fac alegerea cerealelor preferate dupa mai multe incercari, insa o mare majoritate le prefera pe cele cu banane. Adauga putin lapte in cereale cand le servesti celui mic intrucat acestea trebuie sa aiba consistenta unei smantani mai groase. |

Carnea Carnea servita bebelusului trebuie sa fie de pui sau de vita, in niciun caz de porc. Carnea ii asigura vitamine, minerale si fier, mai ales ca in jurul varstei de 6 luni depozitele de fier ale copilului sunt pe sfarsite. Pentru inceput carnea trebuie servita fiarta si pasat si nu mai mult de 2 lingurite. Daca aceasta este bine tolerata de bebelus cantitatea poate fi crescuta. Combinatii de carne in mancarea bebelusului pot fi facut prin a servi carne cu pireu de cartofi sau carne in supa, in jur de 60g pe zi (doua linguri) cand bebe are aproape 1 an.

Ouale Oul este un aliment in privinta caruia este bine sa fii precauta deoarece are un mare factor alergogen. Bebelusului ii va fi servit doar galbenusul la inceput fiert si pasat in pireul de legume. Doar 1/3 din galbenus la inceput iar peste 2 zile cantitatea poate fi crescuta. |

Branza de vaci Cand bebe are deja 7-8 luni acestuia ii poate fi servita branza de vaci facuta in casa. O poti adauga cu pireu de cartofi sau salata de fructe. |
